This thriving boutique firm based in South West London is looking for a senior commercial property lawyer. You will need to have a minimum of 6 years PQE, ideally more, with no upper limit. You should be experienced in the full remit of commercial property and be able to hit the ground running. Core areas of work and experience include: Commercial leases, acting primarily for tenants and small business owners; Commercial financing, acting primarily for a range of borrowers but also drafting security documents where required; Mix of some residential conveyancing for business / commercial / property investor clients; Mix of licences to alter, deeds of variation and general landlord and tenant matters; Potential for some exposure to Asset Purchase Acquisitions; Plot Sales acting for house builder clients; Residential development work acting for a range of small house builders on site acquisition and related planning matters and with a focus on “back garden” developments, option agreements and conditional contracts; This firm has a particularly good reputation and no shortage of work.
