Role Responsibilities:
This thriving boutique firm is looking for a commercial property solicitor to join and undertake work as part of a team and work on a wide range of commercial property matters, with an emphasis on the childcare and healthcare sectors, including:
- Sale and purchase of freehold and leasehold commercial properties.
- Grant of new lease / lease renewals.
- Commercial property aspects of corporate transactional work, including M&A transactions, company re-structuring and re-financing matters.
There will also be an opportunity to become involved with the firm’s marketing and business development initiatives, including:
- Creating and maintaining client and referral relationships.
- Launching online marketing campaigns.
Ideal Candidate:
- 3 – 6+ PQE.
- Excellent technical and project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Able to use your initiative and solve problems independently.
- Able to work effectively under pressure.
- Be enthusiastic and flexible with a team approach to working.
