Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Provide clear and professional advice to clients regarding legal procedures and documentation.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and related legal documents with precision.
- Coordinate with estate agents, mortgage brokers, surveyors, and other stakeholders to facilitate transactions.
- Ensure timely progression of cases by effectively managing deadlines and prioritizing tasks.
- Maintain accurate case files and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Utilize IT systems efficiently for document management, case tracking, and communication.
- Support business development initiatives by providing excellent client service and fostering professional relationships.
Qualifications
- Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with relevant accreditation with 0-2 years PQE.
- Steady career and billing history.
