Job Overview
Due to retirement of partner next year, this highly regarded firm in Islington is looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor ideally with 5-6 years PQE.
This role involves managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity. Due to the location of this firm, in affluent Islington you should be confident in dealing with a high net worth client base.
You will be expected to have good marketing skills and a consistent billing track record.
Embracing hybrid working arrangements, this position offers the flexibility to balance office presence with remote work, fostering productivity and work-life balance. You will be able to work from home at least 2 days per week.
Experience
- Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with proven experience in residential conveyancing law, ideally with at least 5 years PQE though exceptional candidates with less experience will be considered.
- Strong communication skills are essential for liaising effectively with clients and external parties.
