This thriving, highly respected, boutique firm based in Liverpool Street is looking for a mid-tier solicitor to join their commercial property team. This is a hybrid opportunity where you will be able to work from home up to 3 days per week from the first day of employment.
Responsibilities:
- Acting for borrowers in refinancing.
- Granting and acquiring leases for Landlords and Tenants.
- Acting for developers in site acquisitions and subsequent finance and sales.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years Post Qualification Experience, however, flexibility may be considered for someone with an exceptional background.
- Experience in dealing with all aspects of primarily commercial property but also residential property.
- Good technical knowledge.
- Interest and proven ability in business development.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Experience in bridging finance would be a distinct advantage.
