This thriving, highly regarded firm is looking for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor / licensed conveyancer to join the team due to expansion.
You will need a minimum of 2 years PQE in residential conveyancing and be able to run your own files dealing with:
- Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfer of equity instructions
You will be case management driven and have good client-facing skills. You should be able to run 50 live files with some paralegal support. The head of department is known to be highly respected in the industry and runs a supportive friendly team.
The office is based in Basingstoke but you will also be supported in working on a hybrid basis for 2 days per week after you've completed your probation period.
