The Company

As part of a highly successful Scottish sales team led by an inspirational Scottish manager, you will sell industry-leading capital equipment and solutions to warehouse, logistics and manufacturing customers across the North of Scotland.

The Role

  • Focus: New business acquisition and growing market share across warehousing, logistics and manufacturing accounts
  • Activities: prospecting, cold outreach, face-to-face meetings and product demonstrations, solution selling, quoting and closing deals, and collaborating with service/support teams to ensure excellent customer onboarding and retention
  • Target-driven role with strong management support and clear performance milestones for accelerated earnings

What We're Looking For

  • Any B2B sales background with a strong focus on acquiring new business (field, corporate, or inside sales)
  • Highly motivated, resilient hunter mentality; you enjoy prospecting and turning opportunities into closed business
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills; confident presenting to decision-makers
  • Able to work autonomously across a geographically spread patch and manage your own diary
