About The Role
This is not a transactional sales roleits a strategic position focused on building meaningful, profitable partnerships. As Regional Account Manager, you will:
- Manage relationships with approximately 40 builders merchant and distribution accounts across your territory
- Work closely with your customers to support them in developing and executing their annual business plans
- Conduct joint sales visits with merchant sales representatives to help drive demand and secure end-user business
- Spend time with each account to truly understand their business drivers, buying habits, product applications, and competitive landscape
- Identify opportunities to increase wallet share, strengthen loyalty, and introduce new product solutions
- Provide insights and recommendations to help customers achieve their commercial objectives
- Analyse account performance, market trends, and competitor activity to inform strategic planning
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customers receive excellent service and support
