THE ROLE
You\’ll manage a small team of field-based Sales Executives across partner gyms in your region. You\’ll coach, support and challenge them every day – not from a desk, but right there on the gym floor.
Expect to run daily huddles, refine sales pitch techniques, monitor KPIs, and lead by example when it comes to hitting targets. You\’ll also build strong relationships with gym staff to maximise our in-gym visibility.
About You
You\’ve worked in the fitness industry and led salespeople – maybe in a membership, PT, or club manager role. You understand the energy and discipline it takes to succeed in this space.
You\’re driven, up early, and always looking to improve – whether it\’s your numbers, your team\’s performance, or your own mindset.
