As we scale across the UK, we are looking for an experienced Senior Account Executive to drive new business growth within Enterprise markets. This is a high-impact, strategic role targeting enterprise-level clients across sectors including Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Retail, and the Public Sector.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and execute the full sales cycle for complex, high-value services
  • Engage C-level and senior stakeholders across your target accounts
  • Lead consultative, value-driven sales conversations that uncover real client challenges
  • Build tailored propositions in partnership with internal pre-sales, bid, and operational teams
  • Navigate long, tender-led sales cycles and secure deals typically between £2M and £10M
  • Contribute to the strategic growth of a UK-headquartered, purpose-led business

What We're Looking For

  • Proven success in new business sales at the enterprise level
  • Experience in solution-led selling
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence handling complex sales cycles
  • Ability to build trust, influence outcomes, and lead high-value client conversations
  • Exposure to sectors such as Financial Services, Insurance, Utilities, Retail, or Public Sector
