The Welfare Safeguarding involves identifying, responding to, and reporting safeguarding concerns involving children, vulnerable adults, and adults at risk. Ensure safeguarding concerns are recorded promptly and escalated in accordance with organisational safeguarding procedures.
Complete safeguarding referrals to relevant agencies including Local Authority Safeguarding Teams, Multi Agency Safeguarding Hubs (MASH), Social Services, and Police where required. Work in accordance with statutory safeguarding frameworks including the Care Act 2014 and Children Act 1989.
Participate in safeguarding strategy meetings.
