Their private lettings division is a key area of growth, focused on driving rental income through efficient systems and hands-on management. They operate using modern platforms including Goodlord (tenant onboarding), PayProp (rent management), and Rightmove & SpareRoom (advertising).
The Role
This is a hands-on, target-driven role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated by results and earnings. You will take ownership of a portfolio of properties, ensuring rooms are filled quickly, enquiries are converted efficiently, and void periods are kept to an absolute minimum. This is not a passive or purely administrative role — you will be expected to actively drive lettings performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Advertising rooms and properties on Rightmove and SpareRoom
- Managing and responding to high volumes of enquiries
- Booking and conducting viewings
- Converting applicants into tenants
- Progressing tenants through onboarding via Goodlord
- Supporting rent and tenancy processes via PayProp
- Managing move-ins, check-ins, and tenant handovers
- Carrying out occupancy checks and basic inspections
- Managing void units and preparing them for re-let
- Identifying and resolving issues impacting lettability
Commission is paid based on the number of successful lets completed:
- First 5 lets per month → £50 per let
- 6–10 lets → £75 per let
- 11+ lets → £100 per let
High performers can expect to earn £500 – £1,000+ per month in commission, with no cap.
