Key Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate SEND provision across the school
- Provide expert guidance to staff on inclusive teaching and learning
- Oversee assessment, intervention planning and progress tracking for SEND students
- Work closely with families, external agencies and pastoral teams
- Ensure statutory responsibilities for EHCPs and SEND provision are met
Essential Requirements
- Qualified Teacher Status and SENCo qualification
- Successful experience supporting SEND students in a secondary setting
- Strong leadership, communication and data-analysis skills
