About the Role
This Trust is seeking to appoint a proactive, knowledgeable and highly professional Employee Relations Officer to their central HR team.
This is a key role within the Trust, supporting leaders and staff across multiple school sites and ensuring consistent, high-quality HR practice.
The successful candidate will provide expert guidance on employee relations matters, support casework, advise on policy, and help maintain a positive, compliant and well-managed employment environment across the Trust.
This role is ideal for an experienced HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced, people-focused environment and is confident working across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities
- Supporting managers with employee relations casework, including conduct, capability, attendance and grievance matters.
- Providing clear, accurate HR advice aligned with employment law and Trust policies.
- Ensuring consistent HR practice across all Trust schools.
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation.
- Supporting HR processes including investigations, hearings and formal meetings.
- Building strong working relationships with leaders, staff and external partners.
- Contributing to wider HR projects and continuous improvement across the Trust.
Requirements
- Strong experience in HR and employee relations casework.
- Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR best practice.
- Confident advising managers and supporting formal processes.
- Strong communication, organisation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel regularly across Trust schools.
- Ability to work on-site full-time (role is not hybrid)
