- Handling general repairs and handy person duties such as plumbing, electrics, etc.
- Experience as a Caretaker who can take care of communal areas
- Ability to handle job orders and requests in relation to properties
- Experience in carpentry, plumbing, electrical and general maintenance
- Your own car (fuel card will be provided)
