The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating and overseeing construction activities to ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time and within budget.

Working collaboratively with project, engineering and commercial teams, you will play a key role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality and compliance whilst supporting the continued success of the business.

This position offers a hybrid working arrangement, combining site-based responsibilities with office and home working.

Key Responsibilities Lead and manage construction activities across multiple rail infrastructure projects.

Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.

Ensure projects are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Monitor progress, manage project risks and implement corrective actions where required.

Support resource planning, forecasting and budget management.

Review construction documentation, methodologies and technical specifications.

Ensure compliance with Network Rail standards, company procedures and statutory regulations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders and project teams.

Promote a positive safety culture and continuous improvement across all projects.
