We are currently seeking an IT/OT Global Portfolio Manager - F/M/X to oversee our client's IT/OT manufacturing portfolio, a critical driver of digital transformation in manufacturing.
Responsibilities:
- Define the IT/OT Portfolio Scope, prioritising high-impact manufacturing sites.
- Analyse existing IT/OT assessments to identify gaps and determine additional assessments needed.
- Review and manage the budget allocation for IT/OT upgrades at different sites.
- Develop minimum technical specifications to optimise the portfolio scope and refine the 3-year IT/OT roadmap.
- Create and execute a phased implementation plan by site, focusing on priority sites.
- Oversee and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery of major IT/OT initiatives.
- Coordinate project deployment with regional teams, site digital leads, and technical owners.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure smooth project execution and risk management.
- Provide regular progress reports and KPI tracking to measure performance.
- Ensure alignment with broader digital and manufacturing strategies across the company.
Your Profile:
- You have a Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Sciences, or a related technical field.
- You have extensive experience in IT/OT portfolio management within manufacturing environments.
- You have a proven track record in delivering large-scale IT/OT infrastructure projects across multiple sites.
- You have strong project and portfolio management expertise, ideally in manufacturing digital transformation.
- You have the ability to navigate complex multi-stakeholder environments with a pragmatic approach (80/20 principle).
- You have excellent interpersonal, communication, and influencing skills, with sensitivity to cultural differences.
- You have a strong understanding of manufacturing processes and IT/OT integration.
- You are fluent in English.
