We are currently seeking a Lean Manager Manufacturing - F/M/X to join our team in Manchester.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage continuous improvement projects on production lines within the chemistry and agro-food sectors.
- Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing efficiency, reducing waste, and optimizing processes.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Provide training and support to team members on lean methodologies and best practices.
Your Profile:
- 5 to 15 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Experience in chemistry or pharmaceuticals is a plus but not mandatory.
- Proficient in English.
- UK nationality or resident permit required.
- 2 to 3 months notice period.
- Some remote work is possible.
