We are seeking a Global Change Agent (GCA) – Operational Excellence – F/M/X to lead continuous improvement and transformation projects across international production sites. This high-impact, on-site role requires strong experience in production management, Lean methodologies, and project leadership within industrial environments.
Your missions:
- Assess operational discipline in key areas such as maintenance, production performance, and mindset/behaviours to identify opportunities for yield improvement and define implementation plans for innovative solutions.
- Support local ManEx initiatives to build organizational capabilities, including designing new tools, training employees in standardized practices, and coaching leaders.
- Collaborate with functional experts to encode new capabilities (tools/processes/behaviours) into the production system.
- Conduct targeted audits of the production system and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Lead effective change management within a manufacturing environment.
- Support cross-functional teams in integrating new work methods, including tools and techniques (Industry 4.0 skills are a plus).
- Develop leadership capabilities and take on responsibility within transformational initiatives, including collaboration with third-party consultants/manufacturing organizations.
- Ensure accountability for coaching and training efforts.
Your profile:
- You have an academic background in process engineering or another technical/scientific discipline related to production performance, maintenance, or Lean leadership.
- You have 10+ years of experience in production environments, ideally within the chemical industry.
- You have proven experience in manufacturing, with a strong understanding of manufacturing challenges and a track record in transformation projects or capability assessments.
- You have advanced skills in information management, including the ability to understand, analyse, and present complex and sometimes contradictory data.
- You have excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills across all organizational levels, from shop floor to senior leadership.
- You are fluent in English; a third language is an asset.
