Your missions
- Provide technical support to production teams to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.
- Monitor process performance and ensure manufacturing processes operate within established parameters.
- Troubleshoot process issues impacting safety, quality, productivity, or equipment performance.
- Support production during plant start‑ups, shutdowns, and operational transitions.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase production efficiency and product yield.
- Optimize batch cycle times, equipment utilization, and production throughput.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Analyze production data and identify performance trends.
Your profile
- Experience in chemical manufacturing or process industries (minimum 3 years).
- Knowledge of unit operations: reaction, distillation, crystallization, filtration, drying, and solvent recovery.
- Experience with production troubleshooting and process optimization.
- Knowledge of process safety principles (PSM, HAZOP, MOC).
- Experience with Root Cause Analysis and CAPA methodologies.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Academic background: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline.
- English fluent. French is a plus.
- Demonstrated strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
