The Role: Marketing Graduate

As a Marketing Graduate, you’ll play an integral role in delivering client campaigns, developing brand presence, and driving customer engagement. This is a hands‑on role designed to give you real‑world experience across multiple areas of marketing and business development — from campaign strategy to customer interaction and performance analysis.

You’ll work directly with our team to help plan, execute, and refine live marketing campaigns, giving you a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to grow a business and make an impact in a competitive industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of client marketing campaigns
• Work face‑to‑face with customers to promote products and services
• Gather customer insights and contribute to campaign development
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimise campaign performance
• Participate in market research and competitor analysis
• Help manage brand messaging, customer feedback, and client communication
• Track results and suggest improvements based on performance data
• Attend regular training sessions and workshops focused on business development and marketing
