The Role: Graduate Management Trainee

This is a face-to-face, team-based role where every day brings variety and challenge. You’ll represent respected national brands, connect with customers directly, and begin developing the skills to manage, coach, and inspire others. Through structured training and hands-on experience, you’ll gain the tools and confidence to progress into leadership and management.

Key Responsibilities

As a Graduate Management Trainee, you will:

• Engage with customers to promote products and services
• Deliver excellent customer experiences that build brand loyalty
• Work as part of a collaborative team to meet and exceed targets
• Learn directly from senior mentors through tailored coaching and training

• Begin taking on management duties such as:
• Supporting new team members with onboarding and training
• Assisting in setting daily team goals and tracking progress
• Motivating colleagues to achieve performance targets
• Helping to organise team schedules and reporting on results
• Contributing ideas to improve team processes and campaign performance
• Take on more responsibility as your skills, confidence, and leadership ability grow

• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Not necessarily have sales experience — full training is provided
