We’re recruiting at The Credit Centre and looking for a proactive, detail‑driven Credit Controller to help us maximise cash collection and keep our sales ledgers running smoothly. This role is perfect for someone who loves balancing customer service with structured credit control processes – and wants to make a real impact on business performance.
What you’ll do:
- Manage customer credit accounts from setup through to ongoing review
- Drive timely debt collection using structured workflows
- Resolve invoice queries quickly and professionally
- Maintain accurate ledgers, postings, and payment allocations
- Collaborate with internal teams to support smooth operations
- Work towards KPIs including debtor days, query management and unallocated cash
What you bring:
- Experience in credit control, debt recovery or similar
- Strong communication skills and a customer‑first approach
