As a Learning & Development Administrator you will provide comprehensive, efficient and timely administration support to the L&D Team. The role will encompass all aspects of the L&D administration, including administrative management of training courses, the Learning Management System and reporting.
Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Build strong, trusting relationships across all levels of the business
- Support internal hub communications
- Maintain Learning Management System databases and training information
Knowledge and Skills Required
- Planning & Organisation - ability to manage own time effectively and juggle multiple demands whilst working to tight deadlines. Ensures objectives are met and changing priorities are accommodated.
- Customer Service - takes a customer centric approach to every task. Takes pride in keeping promises made and takes ownership of any problems.
- Communication - the ability to communicate with colleagues across the business from all levels both verbally and written.
- IT Skills - proficiency in Microsoft packages essential, experience of working with an LMS is preferred, knowledge of CSS & HTML would be beneficial but full training will be provided.
