We are seeking an experienced Concierge / Porter to join a residential/Business development in Kensington -London.
The successful candidate will be responsible for meeting and greeting residents, visitors, and contractors with a professional attitude, answering reception calls and assisting with queries or taking messages for the Building Manager, handling resident and visitor enquiries, processing deliveries from Royal Mail and couriers, and ensuring the security of keys, signing them out only to authorised individuals.
You will also be tasked with maintaining up to date resident information in databases, monitoring CCTV, ensuring no unauthorised access to the building, conducting regular patrols during weekend shifts, and providing a thorough handover at the end of each shift.
Additional duties include keeping the reception area clean and hazard free, ensuring all contract staff sign in and complete relevant worksheets or liaise with the Building Manager and reporting any issues that arise during your shift.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record as a Concierge / Porter with strong references, a strong sense of responsibility, excellent customer service skills, and self motivation to handle a variety of tasks efficiently in a fast paced environment.
