We are looking for a Restaurant Reception Managerto join us at Penelopes

About the role

Consistently maintain the highest standards and deliver exceptional guest service

Collate and use guest data appropriately, recognising important aspects of a guests experience to enhance future visits

Good organisation to manage restaurant inbox and bookings

Positively lead our team and support them through regular training

Strong team ethic showing respect for your colleagues

Maximise revenue by controlling the flow of customers and table management

About you

Minimum of 2 years experience managing reservations for a large restaurant in London

A natural hospitality professional who loves to interact with people

Confidence in a fast-paced, high-expectations environment

Excellent level of written English to respond to guest queries
