Located on Covent Gardens Drury Lane with 141 rooms, two cocktail bars, rooftop terrace and a signature restaurant, its our first international destination, adding to our portfolio of hotels in Berlin, Munich, Dsseldorf and Leipzig. We are seeking an experienced, driven and passionate Night Manager to join us at Hotel AMANO Covent Garden. Working closely with the leadership team, the Night Manager will ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Hotel during the night hours, adhering to all Company and Hotel policies. About the role Ensure a memorable and personalised experience is delivered to all our guests from arrival to departure. Handle all guest concerns and complaints; record and resolve them promptly.
