Due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced 360 recruiter who can build and scale a successful desk while contributing to wider business growth. This role offers significant autonomy, backed by strong leadership and market investment.
The Role
This is a true 360 position focused on new business development, candidate generation, and revenue growth within the Nursing sector. Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and growing a new desk from scratch
- Winning new business through proactive client engagement
- Managing the full recruitment process: vacancy acquisition to placement and aftercare
- Building long-term relationships with both clients and candidates
- Using sector knowledge and networks to generate consistent revenue
- Collaborating with the wider team during office days
This position is suited to someone ambitious, commercially sharp, and motivated by results.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven 360 recruitment experience within Nursing is strongly preferred
- Experience within wider Healthcare recruitment (Care sector) considered for top billers
- Demonstrable success in business development and desk growth
- Self-starter mentality with strong resilience and drive
- Must be comfortable building a market rather than working reactively
- Candidates from heavily managed service backgrounds (e.g., Matrix, Comensura) will not be considered
- Ability to attend Manchester office weekly unless exceptional remote case
