We are seeking an experienced Practice Accountancy Recruitment Consultant to join a growing recruitment agency. This is a full 360 recruitment role, offering some warm business and the opportunity to bill from day one while also developing and growing new client relationships.

The Role

  • You will manage a practice accountancy desk, with access to warm business and live jobs from the outset.
  • Alongside delivering on existing requirements, you will be expected to grow the desk through new business development and long-term client partnerships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the full 360 recruitment lifecycle
  • Developing new business and winning new client relationships
  • Working warm accounts with active and repeat hiring needs
  • Sourcing, qualifying, and placing practice accountancy professionals
  • Specing out candidates and presenting them to clients
  • Managing interview processes, offers, and placements end-to-end

About You:

  • Experience in practice accountancy recruitment is essential
  • Proven ability to manage a 360 desk and generate new business
  • Confident communicator with strong client-facing skills
  • Commercially driven and motivated by commission and progression
  • Able to work autonomously in a remote or hybrid environment
