We are working with a well established UK based education recruitment agency that are expanding and adding an exciting new International recruitment start-up to their business. The division will specialise in International education recruitment, with operations launching in Dubai.

They are seeking an experienced Billing Director, with previous experience of Education recruitment in Dubai, to play a key role in building and scaling the business.

The Role

• Lead and drive billing performance across 360 recruitment
• Develop and grow international education recruitment markets
• Set billing strategy, targets and best practice in a start-up environment
• Work closely with founders to help shape the commercial direction of the business
• Opportunity to build and lead a team as the business scales

About You

• Proven 360 education recruitment experience in the Dubai market
• Strong billing track record within recruitment
• Commercially minded, entrepreneurial and comfortable in a start-up setting
• Senior Recruiters / Managing Consultants with strong billings who are ready to step up into a Billing Director role will be fully considered
