Role Overview
The National Recruiting Director (NRD) will lead the recruitment function across the group and establish a new legal services recruitment division. This is a strategic leadership role that combines internal recruitment oversight and the growth of an external‑facing recruitment business.
Key responsibilities include:
- Internal Group Recruitment: Oversee recruitment across all above businesses, ensuring key hires are made efficiently and aligned with growth targets.
- External Recruitment Business Development: Build a legal services recruitment division from the ground up, with full responsibility for the P&L.
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and manage a high‑performing team of recruitment consultants.
- Business Development: Proactively seek out business opportunities, leveraging your legal sector network to build client relationships.
