The Opportunity
We’re working with a growing recruitment business that’s looking to hire an experienced senior 360 Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of a profitable construction desk. This is a genuine senior role with autonomy, strong back-office support, and a commission structure that rewards performance. If you’re billing, commercially sharp, and ready for a business that trusts you to run your desk properly — this is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Full 360 recruitment cycle: business development, account management, candidate sourcing and placement
- Build and grow long-term relationships with construction clients across the Northwest
- Manage and develop an existing client base while actively winning new business
- Deliver permanent and/or temporary placements across construction (white or blue collar)
- Negotiate fees, terms, and contracts
- Maintain a high standard of compliance and candidate care
- Mentor junior consultants (optional, depending on experience and interest)
About You
- Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant within construction recruitment
- Consistent billing history
- Strong new business development skills
- Commercial mindset with excellent relationship-building ability
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage your own desk
- Based in or able to commute to Liverpool
