We are seeking an experienced 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our high-performing M&E Engineering contract desk based in Warrington. This is a warm, active desk with an established contractor base and strong client relationships. You will take full ownership of the recruitment cycle, driving both new business and delivery across engineering and technical contract roles.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full 360 recruitment process for contract roles within the M&E/Engineering sector.
  • Grow and maintain a strong contractor book, ensuring consistent weekly GP performance.
  • Develop new business through targeted BD activity, client visits, and proactive market engagement.
  • Manage existing accounts and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Source, interview, qualify, and place contractors efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance, onboarding, and contractor management standards are maintained.
  • Work to desk targets and performance KPIs while maintaining high service quality.

About the Desk

  • Warm desk with immediate activity.
  • Currently running 10 contractors, generating approximately £2,000 GP per week (already above threshold for bonus).
  • Clear growth potential: 20 contractors out = £16,000–£18,000 monthly GP.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant (must-have).
  • Background in M&E, Engineering, Technical, or Construction recruitment.
  • Strong BD skills with a track record of building and growing a contract desk.
  • Ability to manage multiple roles, priorities, and contractor relationships.
  • Motivated, target-driven, and commercially minded.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
