We are hiring ambitious recruitment professionals to join a highly established and successful Finance Recruitment team in Leeds. This opportunity suits someone who genuinely wants to build a career, not just take another job.
Join a long-established, highly regarded finance recruiter with a strong reputation in the market (established since 1980). Work a warm desk, inheriting relationships and opportunities from a successful consultant who has progressed internally. Be part of a collaborative, high-performing 360 team where the majority of business is non-PSL and relationship-led. Clear and proven progression path — individuals are supported from junior level through to Director. Hybrid working: 2 days from home (Monday & Friday).
Essential traits:
- At least 2+ years’ 360 recruitment experience preferred (finance recruitment strongly favoured, but not essential).
- A genuine desire to develop as a full 360 recruiter.
- Comfortable meeting clients and building long-term relationships, or motivated to do so.
- High levels of drive, passion, and ambition — the bar is high, and motivation is non-negotiable.
- Enjoys new business development in a mature, non-cold-calling environment.
- Collaborative mindset and desire to be part of a successful team.
Earnings & Progression:
- Unlimited earning potential.
- Good consultants should be billing £200k+ within two years.
