About the Role

You will be joining a high-performing Account Management team responsible for managing key client relationships across the UK. The business specialises in Life Science, Scientific, Medical Devices, Diagnostics, Lab, Analytical and Executive Search recruitment. This isn’t a cold BD role — you’ll focus on nurturing established accounts and delivering quality recruitment solutions.

  • Managing a portfolio of clients with typical spend of £80–100k
  • Partnering with internal resource teams to deliver on roles
  • Providing strategic guidance and leadership within the team
  • Ensuring high standards of delivery and client experience

Requirements

  • Proven success in Account Management, Talent Acquisition, or 360 recruitment (looking to step away from pure sales)
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to set standards for others
  • A commercial, delivery-focused mindset with a passion for relationship building
  • Someone who values stability and career longevity
  • A degree is preferred but not essential
