Recruitment Consultant in Dagenham

Location: Dagenham (near Rainham), Essex

Salary: Up to £35,000–£36,000 base

Commission: Uncapped, zero threshold

Overview

A client of ours is seeking an experienced 360 Commercial Recruitment Consultant to join their expanding team. This role will focus on running a permanent commercial desk with a broad sector reach

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full 360 recruitment cycle across multiple commercial sectors

• Conduct BD prospecting, market mapping, pitching and winning new clients

• Build and maintain strong client and candidate relationships

• Present confidently to clients and represent the brand professionally

• Collaborate with a team that also operates a temp engineering/industrial hybrid desk

• Develop and grow a defined geographical area

• Achieve monthly billing targets aligned to the KPI bandings

Experience Required

• Minimum 2+ years 360 perm recruitment experience

• Open to strong billers with 1+ year 360 experience

• Commercial sector knowledge with a wide industry understanding

• Proven track record of billing and new business development

• Ability to bring existing client relationships is highly advantageous

• Strong communication, relationship-building and interpersonal skills

Working Pattern

• Office-based in Dagenham (serviced office with reasonably priced parking)

• WFH Fridays

• After a settling-in period (a couple of months), option for 2 WFH days per week

Commission & KPI Structure

Commission:

• Uncapped

• Zero threshold

• 10% commission from £1 billed

• 20% commission from £8,300+ billed (applied to all)

KPI Bandings (Perm Desk):

• £30k base → £12k monthly billing target

• £35k base → £15k monthly billing target

• Principal (£36k base) → £15k monthly billing target over 7 months
