Overview

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced full time bench jeweller to come and join our friendly creative team!

Come and join our expanding team and be a part of our journey to the forefront of contemporary silver jewellery in the UK.

Amanda Coleman Jewellery was established in 1998 and comprises a husband and wife team, Amanda and Martin, who met whilst studying at the Royal College of Art. Our distinctive style of silver jewellery is all handmade in the workshop next to the cathedral in Lincoln, UK.

The jewellery is for sale online, through our newly opened flagship store and stockists across the UK, Europe, USA, Canada, China, New Zealand and Australasia. Winner of Eponymous Jewellery Brand of the Year in 2021 at the UK Jewellery Awards.

The position will involve the day-to-day production of our silver batch production jewellery, including the following:

  • soldering
  • filing
  • metal forming
  • stone setting

It is essential for the candidate to have the following:

  • formal jewellery training
  • 1 year experience working in a professional jewellery workshop

It is desirable for the candidate to have the following:

  • 3 years experience working in a professional jewellery workshop
  • experience with repairs

We are looking for a candidate with the following qualities:

  • excellent jewellery making skills

  • a pleasant \'can-do\' attitude
  • an ability to work to deadlines and under pressure
  • punctuality and reliability
  • the ability to use one\'s initiative

In return we will offer the following:

  • A salary between £26,500 and £35,000 dependant on experience
