We are looking for a highly organised, creative, and proactive General Assistant & Content Creator to support Amanda Cronin across her personal brand and businesses. This role is ideal for someone with a strong understanding of TikTok and Instagram content creation, who is equally comfortable behind the camera, helping with schedules, and assisting in a fast-paced luxury lifestyle environment.

The successful candidate will report directly to Amanda Cronin and her Business Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Creating engaging personal and brand content for TikTok and Instagram
  • Filming and photographing Amanda’s day-to-day lifestyle, outfits, beauty routines, and business-related content
  • Supporting the management and growth of Amanda’s personal and brand social media accounts
  • Assisting with scheduling and diary coordination, particularly during filming periods
  • Booking hair, beauty, and glam appointments
  • Assisting with brand events, filming days, and occasional external meetings
  • Supporting day-to-day administrative and organisational tasks as required
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok trends, content, and editing
  • Confident using a camera and editing videos, TikToks, reels etc.
  • Experience creating luxury lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or personal brand content preferred
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Discreet, professional, and adaptable
  • Comfortable working in a fast-moving environment and around filming schedules
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Based in London and happy to travel around London for filming/content purposes
Working Pattern

2–3 days per week Office-based days, with occasional time spent filming on location around London.
