We are looking for an experienced Residential Support Worker in Sittingbourne. This is a great opportunity to grow your career within a therapeutic children's home that places creativity, music and emotional wellbeing at the heart of its care.
About The Home
- Therapeutic children's residential home
- Supporting young people aged 15-17
- Purpose-built spaces including:
- Sensory & chill-out room
- Music, arts & creative therapy room
The Role
- Supporting the day-to-day running of the home
- Acting as a positive role model for staff and young people
- Opportunity to develop into a Team Leader position
- Working closely with management and therapeutic teams
- Supporting young people to develop emotionally, socially, and practically
Shifts
- 7:30am - 8:00pm
- 7:30am - 11:00pm + sleep-in until 7:30am
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence
- DBS on the Update Service (or willing to obtain one; we can process this for you)
- Previous experience within a children's residential setting
- Full Right to Work in the UK with no restrictions
