Senior Support Worker – Young People

We are looking for a passionate Senior Support Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of young people. The successful candidate will lead a team of support workers to deliver a high standard of care at all times and support service users to maximise their choices, rights and decisions.

  • NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Experience working with Young People with Learning Difficulties or Emotional Behavioural Difficulties
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
