We are looking for a passionate Support Worker who personally wants to make a difference in the lives of people with emotional and behavioural problems. As a support worker, you will work as part of a team to deliver a high standard of care at all times. Your role is to help support service users maximise their choices, rights, and decisions.
The successful candidate must have:
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Empathetic, non-judgemental, and calm demeanor
- Dedicated and committed with a can-do attitude
- At least 1 year of experience working in a children's residential home
- Holds a full UK Driving Licence or is working towards one
