We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children\’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.

Requirements

  • Management experience within young peoples residential services
  • RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
  • Excellent working knowledge of Childrens Homes National Minimum Standards & The Childrens Act 2010
  • Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
