We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead our children\’s residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.
Requirements
- Management experience within young people\’s residential services.
- RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months).
- Excellent working knowledge of Children’s Homes National Minimum Standards & the Children’s Act 2010.
- Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure.
