I am recruiting for an experienced and quality focused Deputy Manager for a Children’s Residential Home in Halesowen. We are looking for a qualified Deputy Manager who can assist the Registered Manager in the day to day running of the home, as well as support the staff team with daily tasks.
The Deputy Manager Must Have:
- NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
- Prior experience as Deputy Manager or Team Leader of a Residential Home (Preferred)
- Strong staff management skills
- Strong organisational skills
- Good understanding about Ofsted regulations
