We are seeking a Registered Manager to lead our children's residential home, ensuring the highest standards of care, compliance and outcomes for young people.
Requirements:
- Management experience within young people's residential services
- RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership & Management / ILM Level 5 (or willingness to commence within 3 months)
- Excellent working knowledge of Children's Homes National Minimum Standards & The Children's Act 2010
- Ability to cope with emotionally challenging situations and remain calm under pressure
