Support Worker Children’s Residential Homes (Learning Disabilities & EBD)
We are looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in a 3 bedded residential home. You will help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.
What We Are Looking For:
- Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children.
- Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends.
- Experience with children or learning disabilities is essential.
