Responsibilities

• Daily running of the home
• Staff management
• Budgets
• Ensure a high standard of care at all times
• Compliance with all current legislation relating to young people services

Qualifications

• 2 years management experience within young people services
• Consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
• Completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
• Excellent working knowledge of children\’s homes national minimum standards and the Children Act 2010
