- Daily running of the home
- Staff management
- Budgets
- Ensure a high standard of care at all times
- Compliance with all current legislation relating to young people services
Qualifications
- 2 years management experience within young people services
- Consistently achieving Good/Outstanding ratings from Ofsted
- Completed the RMA / NVQ 4 in Leadership + Management / ILM Level 5
- Excellent working knowledge of children\’s homes national minimum standards and the Children Act 2010
