Support Worker for Children's Residential Home

We are looking for caring, resilient Support Workers to join our team supporting children and young people with learning disabilities and challenging behaviours in residential homes. You will help with daily routines, education, personal care, and activities, creating a safe, nurturing environment that promotes independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.

What We Are Looking For:

  • NVQ Level 3 in Children and Young People
  • Empathetic, patient, and calm under pressure
  • Good communication skills and a genuine commitment to safeguarding children
  • Flexible to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Experience with children or learning disabilities is desirable but not essential; full training provided
  • Driving licence preferred
