Partner with development, architecture, solutions, and Quality Assurance (QA) teams to ensure systems emphasize quality, stability, and performance. Contribute to reducing the environmental impact of tested applications and QA activities. Provide resources and guidance for implementing test strategies defined by QA leadership and Principal QA engineers. Take on leadership responsibilities when required, ensuring the team remains supported and successful.
  • Communication: Foster open, timely, and two-way communication to keep all team members informed, engaged, and connected to organizational updates.
