Scope

As a BRIM Solution Maintenance Specialist, you are accountable for the technical aspects of maintenance, support, and operations within the SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) components you specialize in. This includes understanding how technical components such as Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Subscription Order Management (SOM), SAP Convergent Charging (CC), and SAP Convergent Invoicing (CI) integrate within the broader Amadeus environment.

You contribute to monitoring, operations, and technical service improvements, focusing on reliability and sustainability.

Tools and methodologies commonly used in this role include ServiceNow, Agile (Scrum), SAP, Control‑M, and Jira.

Responsibilities

  • Manage incidents and problems, including investigation, coordination, and resolution activities.
  • Maintain current knowledge of the technical aspects of supported applications and collaborate with solution teams to ensure effective and sustainable resolutions, including complex incidents requiring development involvement.
  • Take an active role in problem management, performing root cause analysis and working with Service Delivery Managers and solution teams to log, prioritize, and implement improvements.
  • Identify and contribute to automation initiatives that improve internal efficiency and reduce resolution times.
  • Collaborate with suppliers, programs, and project teams to ensure technical quality, readiness for support following deployments, and alignment with ITIL best practices.

Qualifications

  • At least 6+ years\’ relevant SAP consulting or industry experience
  • Significant hands‑on experience in SAP consulting or industry roles, particularly in support or operational contexts.
  • Experience in support operations or monitoring, including problem management and root cause analysis.
  • Functional configuration and design experience with SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) / Hybris Billing, including exposure to Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), or Subscription Order Management (SOM).
  • Experience working with SAP S/4HANA and SAP integrations.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
