Lead on complex, high‑impact projects from initiation through delivery, ensuring they meet strategic business goals, stay within budget, and are completed on time. This role typically oversees multiple large-scale projects, mentors project teams, and acts as the primary liaison between executives, stakeholders, and cross‑functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex or large‑scale projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives
- Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, providing strategic direction and governance
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across projects
- Communicate project status, challenges, and outcomes to executives and stakeholders
